Can I get support on Starter? No. Starter has no support included.

What happens if I cancel Pro? You keep the features you already unlocked, but you stop receiving updates and support after your subscription ends.

Do you store Facebook credentials? No.

Does my computer need to stay open? Yes. Keep your computer and Chrome running, and stay logged into Facebook. The extension does not run as a cloud bot and does not use your username/password on your behalf.

Does this work with groups that use "What are you selling?" No. This extension does not support groups that use the "What are you selling?" post format.
