Do I need a license to run automation?
Yes. Automation requires an active license entitlement. License verification may send your license key (and optional anonymous device id) to our server. We do not collect Facebook credentials.

How do I add my license key?
Open the extension popup and click "Settings", then enter your license key in the License section and click "Check license".

Where do I manage my subscription?
Open Settings in the extension to manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel.

Do you store Facebook credentials?
No. The extension does not collect or store Facebook login credentials.

Does my computer need to stay open?
Yes. Keep your computer and Chrome running, and stay logged into Facebook.

Do I need to be a member of the Facebook group?
Yes. You must be logged in to Facebook and be a member of each group you want to post to.

Does this work with groups that use "What are you selling?"
No. This extension does not support groups that use the "What are you selling?" post format.

What happens to my $49 Starter purchase if I upgrade to Pro early?
Your Starter (Limited) purchase covers 6 months on that plan. Pro starts a separate subscription when you upgrade and unlocks Pro features immediately. Starter purchases are not automatically prorated or credited.

Can I upgrade from Starter (Limited)?
Yes. Start Pro ($19 / month or $149 / year) then install the Pro listing.

What happens if I cancel Pro?
Pro stays active until the end of your paid period. After that date, posting automation stops and updates + support stop unless you re-subscribe.

Why does the extension sometimes show maintenance mode?
If Facebook changes its UI, automation may be temporarily paused while compatibility selector updates are applied. Use "Check again" in the extension popup to refresh status.
