Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GetBuildMint software, including the Chrome extension and any related services (the “Service”).

By purchasing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Plans

  • Starter (Limited) – $49 one-time
    Includes posting automation and updates for 6 months from purchase date. After 6 months, posting automation is disabled unless upgraded to Pro.
  • Pro – Subscription ($19/month or $149/year)
    Includes ongoing automation access, updates, and support while subscription is active.

GetBuildMint reserves the right to modify plan features in the future.

2. Merchant of Record & Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Lemon Squeezy is responsible for:

  • Payment processing
  • Tax calculation and remittance (including VAT/sales tax where applicable)
  • Issuing invoices and receipts

Payment disputes and refund requests are handled under Lemon Squeezy’s policies.

GetBuildMint does not store or process payment card information.

3. Licensing

  • Posting automation requires an active license entitlement.
  • The extension may send your license key (and optional anonymous device identifier) to our server to verify whether automation is enabled for your plan.
  • Your license key is personal and non-transferable.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share access.
  • Use is limited to your own Facebook accounts and groups where you are authorized to post.
  • GetBuildMint reserves the right to revoke licenses for abuse, fraud, circumvention, or violations of these Terms.

4. License Validation & Anti-Circumvention

The Service may communicate with GetBuildMint servers to:

  • Validate license status
  • Enforce plan limitations
  • Prevent unauthorized access

You may not:

  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with license enforcement
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
  • Attempt to extract source code

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Upgrades, Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel Pro, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, automation, updates, and support stop unless you re-subscribe.
  • Starter purchases are not automatically prorated or credited when upgrading to Pro. Pro begins as a separate subscription.
  • Refunds, if any, are handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s policies.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate license termination.

6. Acceptable Use

You must:

  • Comply with Facebook policies and group rules
  • Follow all applicable laws
  • Avoid spam, harassment, or abusive automation

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service.

7. Platform Independence & Risk Acknowledgment

GetBuildMint is independent and not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Facebook, or any third-party platform.

The Service interacts with third-party platforms that may change at any time.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with platform policies.
  • Use of automation tools carries inherent risk.
  • Platforms may issue warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans.
  • GetBuildMint does not guarantee continued compatibility with platform updates.
  • You assume all risk associated with use of the Service.

8. Availability & Maintenance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may be modified, paused, or discontinued for:

  • Maintenance
  • Security
  • Compliance
  • Platform compatibility updates

Temporary maintenance mode may be used to pause automation while compatibility updates are rolled out due to third-party UI changes.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetBuildMint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Error-free or uninterrupted operation
  • Compatibility with browser or platform updates

We do not guarantee that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetBuildMint shall not be liable for:

  • Account suspensions or bans
  • Loss of revenue, business, or data
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Third-party enforcement actions

In no event shall GetBuildMint’s total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetBuildMint and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of platform policies
  • Your violation of applicable laws
  • Third-party claims resulting from your actions

12. Force Majeure

GetBuildMint shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Platform interface changes
  • Browser updates
  • Regulatory changes
  • Internet outages
  • Third-party service disruptions

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration conducted in English.

Class actions are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
